All day Saturday class.
Abstract is where most artists go at the end of their career.
Why? Because it is the most freeing. Object bind us whereas emotional
thought frees us. You limit the process when it is a thing. Emotion
takes it across the canvas.
You will listen to what I am portraying for you and picture it and
learn how to simplify and express this image on canvas. You will work
with pencil and brush and acrylic paint. You will work from an
emotional place rather than a purely figurative one. Beginners
welcome. Bring whatever acrylic paints & brushes you have. I will
supply what you don’t have. I will also supply the canvas. You will be
totally surprised and pleased with the outcome. Fabulous lunch
included @ Sita’s Restaurant.

All day Saturday class. Please bring a photo of an important animal in
your life. It can be your pet or it can be something on the endangered
species list. You can take it with your camera or you can use an image
from a magazine. In colour and from the torso or shoulders up. Bring
whatever acrylic paints & brushes you have. I will supply the rest,
and the canvas. This class is easy – for anyone and everyone –
beginners or experienced. Capturing your animal in the amazing process
I teach you, you will return home with a good and an exciting
painting. Lunch included @ Sita’s Restaurant.
